Committee Chairs are expected to attend meetings beginning in January 2027. If unable to attend, they should send a representative or email a report in advancee. Other committee meetings may attend gala meetings beginning in march.
Reach out to previous participants & new/different groups in the community. Every new $3,000 or 2 full tables earns one event ticket.
Assist Patti irwin in building and maintaining the fundraiser website. Earns 5 raffle tickets.
Assist Lauren Lindsey in designing and getting event signage produced & placed, coordinating with other committee members. Earns 5 raffle tickets.
Solicits donations worth at least $2,000 & manages their information & collection. Earns 5 raffle tickets.
Solicit 7-10 items with $750-$2,000 value & manages their information & collection. Earns 5 raffle tickets.
Assist Co-Presidents in securing & gathering 30-50 items with $200-$750 value. Earns 5 raffle tickets.
Visit businesses, including past sponsors & CWC Business Members, with a packet to solicit sponsorships. Every $3,000 in Sponsorships earns 1 event ticket.
Assist Lauren Lindsey in ad coordination, design & proofing. Earns half page ad in printed program.
Every new $3,000 in ad sales earns 1 event ticket.
Coordinates with Lauren Lindsey for all 2026 grantees, CWC members & scholarship winners for photos, videos & information. Earns 5 raffle tickets.
Assist CWC Treasurer Toni Jones-Ross with all things related to money. Earns 2 event tickets.
Assist Megan Vollmer as needed.
Vets possible vendors, oversees setup & process.
