CWC is actively monitoring the incidence of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in our region. We have been asked how COVID-19 may impact our gatherings. CWC is following guidance from local health departments and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding large gatherings. All events will operate in compliance with a COVID Safe Event Plan.
CWC Membership meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month, September through May, generally at the Colleyville Center and are open to the public. Social gathering begins at 9:30 a.m., followed by the General Meeting at 10:00 a.m. The December meeting usually features holiday entertainment and a luncheon at a pre-arranged location. During summer second Tuesdays in June, July and August, members and potential members may gather casually for coffee at other venues. “The History of Tea”
by Lynda Sanders
In anticipation of our High Tea and Royal Conversation event in September, please join us for a very interesting program for our April 13 meeting on “The History of Tea” with our very own member, Lynda Sanders. Lynda’s love of a fabulous tea party began as a child and has continued over the years celebrating her memorable Tea tastings around the world. What is proper? What is not? Let’s learn together! Wear your hat and we will see you there!
We are excited to have Mary King with Metroplex Meals on Wheels featured as our charity.

Members and potential CWC members meet informally on monthly First Tuesdays at 5:00 p.m. at a local restaurant for self-paid appetizers and drinks. Beginning November 3, we will meet at the new Stone House Restaurant patio in Colleyville. Even if you’re not yet a member, sign up so you can come get to know us a little better.
