CWC Membership meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month, September through May, generally at the Colleyville Center and are open to the public.
For our 2025-2026 membership year, meetings will be at lunchtime, with social time starting at 11:00 am and the meeting beginning at 11:30 am. This to accommodate more of our members who work or have morning family commitments. The December meeting usually features holiday entertainment and a luncheon at a pre-arranged location. During the summer, second Tuesdays in June, July and August, members and potential members may gather casually for coffee at other venues.
Due to seating capacity restrictions, use this General Gatherings Sign-ups link to let us know you are coming.

Members and potential CWC members meet informally on monthly First Tuesdays from 5:00-6:30 p.m. at a local restaurant for self-paid appetizers and drinks.
We meet at various locations in Colleyville and the surrounding area, even over the summer! Even if you’re not yet a member, sign up so you can come get to know us a little better. Due to seating capacity restrictions, please let us know you are coming by the Thursday before using the First Tuesday Sign-ups link.

Formed in 1978, CWC has surpassed the $4 million mark in fundraising for worthy causes and is dedicated to serving the people within and around Northeast Tarrant County. Club’s extraordinary successes have included unique fundraisers, such as its previous signature Spring Fashion Benefit, past prestigious Holiday Home Tours, and spirited annual Bridge Marathon. We are always exploring new ways to raise charitable funds.
